We recommends using JotForm to embed forms on your site.

1. Go to https://www.jotform.com/ and create an account.

2. Once you’re set-up, create your form. You’re now ready to publish it on your website.

3. To do this, head to the Publish tab in JotForm, and copy the “Link to share”.

   

4. In YC admin, go to Pages (left hand nav), find the page you wish to insert the form on and hit Edit.

5. Select Open the Page Editor.

6. At the point on the page you want the form to appear, select Insert from the dropdown menu, and select Media.

   

7. Form the Media pop-up, select Embed and paste in the below code - substituting the URL with yours copied in step 3.

8. Hit Save.

9. Save the page (by selecting the Save in the icon bar or in the dropdown menu under File).

   

10. Lastly, check the form is appearing as expected on your website and take it for a test run.
